Abortion
The Church’s Stance
”The life of the child takes precedence over all opinions. One cannot invoke freedom of thought to destroy this life...such is the case of a law which would admit in principle the liceity of abortion. Nor can he take part in a propaganda campaign in favor of such a law, OR VOTE FOR IT. To vote in favor of a law so harmful to the common good is gravely immoral… The Church teaches that respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in any way to approval of homosexual behavior or to legal recognition of homosexual unions.

Religious Liberty
The Church’s Stance

Kamala Harris’ Stance
She Introduced a bill to weaken the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, opposed religious exemptions from the contraceptive mandate, co-sponsored the ‘Equality Act,’ which some view as the most serious threat to religious freedom ever considered by Congress, and asked the Supreme Court to force Hobby Lobby to cover abortifacient drugs in its health-insurance policies despite the ownership’s religious opposition.

Socialism has been condemned by Pope Leo XIII in 1891, through Pope Pius XI in 1931 to Pope St. John Paul II in 1991 as it violates private property rights, subsidiarity and anthropology.
